All motor cars have four wheels and an engine and will take you from one end of the road to the other. The difference is only that some are more expensive than others. If you want a Rolls Royce or Bentley, you go for Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. They are all very expensive and difficult to establish. So which do you choose?

Most of our clients are looking for a company in an uncomplicated jurisdiction. We find that 90% go with the British Virgin Islands and Gibraltar. Both are well established jurisdictions where we always have ready made companies and where a company of your choice of name takes only 24 hours to establish. For these jurisdictions, it is not necessary to have more than a single director who can also be the sole shareholder of the company. The costs are not far different one from the other.
